Claudia Falquez-Warkentin
Claudia Falquez-Warkentin successfully completed her law
degree in Colombia, South America, practised law in
Colombia and, upon moving to Canada, went on to obtain
her Canadian law degree from the Faculty of Law at the
University of Western Ontario. |

Ms. Falquez-Warkentin’s legal practice encompasses more
than ten years of experience. Her current practice focuses
on areas of family law as well as wills and estates law.
More recently Ms. Falquez-Warkentin has expanded her
practice to include bankruptcy law as it applies to issues
of division of property and support obligations in family
law.
As part of her commitment to legal education, Ms.
Falquez-Warkentin has co-developed and presented legal
courses and seminars at public venues such as the University
of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College in London, Ontario,
as well as private venues to corporate and non-profit
organizations.
Ms. Falquez-Warkentin has complemented her years in
practice with ongoing education in legally related fields
including mediation and alternative dispute resolution,
public education and continuing legal education in her field
of practice.
An active participant in the community, Ms.
Falquez-Warkentin has been involved as a board member of
various community organizations including the Canadian
Colombian Professional Association (Chapter Founder), London
Cross Cultural Learner Centre, Sunfest Cultural Arts
Committee and Bethany Centre.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ms. Falquez-Warkentin
provides services that fully meet the needs of both the
English-speaking community and the growing Latin American
community in the Greater Toronto Area. |
