J. Douglas Crane, Q.C. is counsel to the firm, bringing with him over 45 years’ experience in a varied and successful practice in civil and criminal litigation, administrative law, arbitration and mediation, professional negligence defence (LPIC), and lawyers and professional discipline defence. He has argued many successful civil and criminal appeals in provincial Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, acted as counsel and as adjudicator in mediations and arbitrations, and has been counsel in numerous reported court cases.
