Monica Caceres
Monica Caceres is a civil litigation lawyer with the
firm of Skurka & Spina LLP. A graduate of the University
of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor in Political Science
and Criminology, Ms. Caceres went on to obtain her
Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School and was
admitted to the Ontario Bar. |

Ms. Caceres has represented corporations, businesses and
individuals on a variety of litigious matters. Her practice
includes a broad range of areas including commercial,
contract, and estate litigation. Ms. Caceres is currently
developing a practice in employment law and has represented
clients in wrongful dismissal actions and in the preparation
of employment contracts and workplace policies. She has
appeared as counsel before administrative tribunals and
before all levels of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Ms. Caceres continues to commit her time to continuing
legal education and has attended negotiation and civil
litigation workshops. She is a member of the Advocates’
Society and Ontario Bar Association. She is also fluent in
Spanish and proficient in French. |
