Susan Davies
Susan Davies joined the firm in the fall of 2007. Her
practice is focused on corporate and commercial law,
estate planning, wills and estate administration. Called
to the Ontario Bar in 1985, Ms. Davies received her B.A.
from the University of Guelph in 1980, and her LL.B.
from the University of Western Ontario in 1983. For the
first eight years, she practised mainly as a civil
litigator but eventually chose to specialize in
solicitor’s work.

Ms. Davies served as pro bono Duty Counsel to the Lay
Benchers, Complaints Review Board, at the Law Society of
Upper Canada from 1994 to 2004, in addition to pro bono
Discipline Duty Counsel at the Law Society of Upper Canada
(in Convocation), in 1996. She is a member of the County of
York Law Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada,
and a past member of the Toronto Lawyers Club.
