Vincent Ruscitto Vincent Ruscitto practises as a lawyer in both civil litigation and criminal law with the firm of Skurka & Spina LLP. A graduate of York University with an Honours B.A. in sociology, Mr. Ruscitto went on to obtain his Bachelor of Laws from University of Windsor Law School, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar.

Mr. Ruscitto has represented corporations, businesses and individuals on a variety of litigious matters in both the civil and criminal courts. His civil litigation practice includes commercial, contract, and estate litigation. With respect to criminal law, Mr. Ruscitto’s practice covers a wide range—from shoplifting and impaired and over 80 to more complex matters of fraud, assault, sexual assault, drug offences and white-collar crimes. Mr. Ruscitto has appeared as counsel before administrative tribunals, the Ontario Court of Justice, and all levels of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Mr. Ruscitto commits his time to continuing legal education and has attended both criminal and civil litigation workshops. He is a member of the Advocates’ Society, the Criminal Law Association, the Toronto Lawyers Club, the Canadian Italian Advocacy Organization and the Ontario Bar Association. He is also fluent in Italian and proficient in French.
